This doesn't simply mean being strong or having good fitness, it also includes things like your mobility, your sleep routines, and your diet. That's why we leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding opportunities for you to find a performance advantage.
We believe that in order to win you not only need to have the physical ability but also the mental performance.
This means having the psychological tools/skills to perform, which can include; reactions, and decision making, but can also include things like the ability to cope with stress or pressure.
The final piece in the jigsaw to success is solid technical/tactical knowledge.
